He began in digital media with Tata Motors and MTS Telecom and led projects at Disney India, managed Force India F1’s digital presence, built FC Goa’s brand, and led partnerships for the Tata Mumbai Marathon. In the IPL, he secured over USD 7 million in deals for Rajasthan Royals and has represented top athletes like Neeraj Chopra and Jemimah Rodrigues.

As the youngest member of Burman Sports, Jai infuses energy and innovation while bringing a strategic vision to drive impactful collaborations.

Radhika Sharma has spent nearly a decade mastering the art of the pitch—whether in reinsurance, real estate, or sports marketing. After starting out brokering deals, she found her calling in brand storytelling, shaping partnerships and content strategies at Oaktree Sports. From serving up Breakfast with Champions to leading a project for The Olympic Channel, she has helped bring some of sports’ best stories to life. A Jill of all trades, master of puns, but oftentimes better than a master of one.

An industry veteran with over 14 years of experience across PR, marketing, commercial, logistics, operations, venue, athlete, and team management. His extensive experience across both the league and franchise levels positions him as a keen student of the game and the ecosystem that encapsulates it. He has worked with the commercial team at BCCI, led commercial operations for a T20 franchise, and was the GM of a PKL franchise.
